Get clean as a whistle after finishing with your race! If you're not staying in one of the hotels at Waterville Valley , and want to grab a shower before heading home, the White Mountain Athletic Club is offering the use of a locker, shower, towel, and hair dryer for $5.00. Just pop in!
All of Waterville Valley is a biergarten for you! When you cross the finish line, make sure you pick up your Black Fly Beer Buck for a complimentary Coors Light beer at the various restaurants and lounges in town!
Saturday evening, don’t forget to head back to Town Square for the Black Fly Bash, with live tunes on the bandstand, great food, and fireworks presentation!
Right on the beach at Corcoran's Pond, be sure to head over to the bonfire, listen to some music, and grab some s'mores!

It's great to be a kid....It's not so great to be a kid watching adults run around in spandex. To make the kiddos feel at home, we'll be offering a bunch of activities for them. There will be arts and crafts, activities and more. There will also be a coloring contest, so make sure your kids stop by and color in Buzz the Black Fly!
In addition, there will be a special pie-eating contest for the kids, to take place right before the awards. Sign up at the Kids Zone.
In addition, be on the lookout for Bonk The Moose, who'll be handing out Black Fly Bucks to any kid he sees. Those Black Fly Bucks can be exchanged at the Black Fly General Store for free goodies!
Rubber Ducky, you're the one, you make bathtime so much fun! Be sure to place your bets on your duck, or purchase multiple DUCK BUCKS, to benefit Make A Wish of NH. The first annual Make A Wish Rubber Ducky Race will take place Saturday afternoon, at Town Square. We'll send the ducks down the raging whitewater. The first duck across the finish line wins! If your DUCK BUCK number matches the number on your duck, you win! 
The winner will win Mavic Race wheels, and a bunch of other great schwag! All of the proceeds go directly to the Make A Wish of New Hampshire. DUCK BUCKS may be purchased online with your entry or at the Make A Wish Booth at the Black Fly Village.
You'll be able to decorate your duck to prep for the big race, too!
New England Timing featuring the Winning Time Chip. You'll receive 5 Splits for the two Tris: Swim Time, Transition 1, Bike, Transition 2, and Run times. You’ll receive an overall time for the Bike Time Trial. These times will all be combined for the LORD OF THE FLIES competition. Fastest combined times win!
Of course, you’ll also be eligible for age group awards each day at the individual races. For the 2 triathlons, there will be special awards for the top 3 male/females overall. Top 3 M/F all 5-yr age groups. Top Clydesdales (200+ lbs) and Athena (women 140+ lbs). Relay: top all male/all female/mixed. Awards also presented to the top male and female Master's finishers (40 + years). NO DUPLICATE AWARDS. All Finishers will receive a Black Fly Finisher's towel and FINISHERS T-Shirt. Out of respect for the other athletes, YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE YOUR AWARD. NO AWARDS WILL BE MAILED.
For the Bike Time Trial, there will awards given to the top 3 males and females overall.

It’s good to be king, or queen! Are you tough enough to complete the trifecta of the Time Trial, International, and the Short Course? Join us for the Lord of the Flies 3 day stage race, where age groupers will compete for overall awards for the fastest combined time for 
the Time Trial, International, and Short Course events. When you register, choose this option and receive a discounted entry fee. All Lord of The Flies Finishers will receive a special LORD OF THE FLIES FINISHER HAT following their race on Sunday, and be a part of the special Lord of the Flies Finisher Fest Sunday afternoon, and oh, into the wee hours of the following morning!
Kick off the weekend with the 4 mile Prologue, the Bike Time Trial, on Friday evening at 7:00 pm. Make sure you get some rest, so you’ll be rarin’ to go for the International Tri (.25 mile swim, 21 mile bike, 5 mile run) Saturday morning at 7:30 am . Following your race, relax and hang out at BuzzFEST, with all the latest and greatest in tri gear. Grab a massage, maybe hop in a canoe or kayak for a paddle around Corcoran’s Pond. Or explore the many miles of offroad trails that Waterville Valley has to offer. Saturday evening, put on your best shorts and sandals and stroll over to Town Square for the Black Fly Bash, with live music, great food, and fireworks over Corcoran’s Pond!
