| I'm staying near the race site for the week before the race. Is there anywhere that I'm likely to find others doing some open water swimming or is there a masters club nearby? I'm hoping to avoid getting run over by a motor boat. |

| It's also good as its fairly shallow too. Good swim, but it's not over your head for the most part. |

I haven't been to Ellacoya proper but other places I swim nearby the water is *really* down this year. I would imagine it will be very walkable this year for the sprint. It's sad when people walking in the water are going faster than I am swimming ... |
