REGISTRATION OPENS OCTOBER 1, 2008

RACE DATE/TIME:

International Distance starts at 7:30 AM on June 6, Half Iron starts at 7:00 AM on June 7, at Wellington State Park, Bristol, NH. No rain date. Race management reserves the right to modify or shorten the race course in the case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, and to accept or reject any entry. No transfers, substitutions. The minimum age to compete is 15. Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED AT WELLINGTON STATE PARK.

ENTRY FEES: (US dollars only)

INTERNATIONAL DISTANCE

USA Triathlon members: $90.00 (if post-marked after May 1, 2009: $95.00)
All non members (includes a 1 day license):$100.00
Relay teams (USAT members): $150.00
(Any non-USAT relay members must add $10 per member, each relay member must
complete a single form and mail all forms as a packet.)
There are no entry transfers or substitutions, no exceptions.

HALF IRON

USA Triathlon members: $190.00 (if post-marked after May 1, 2009: $200.00)
All non members (includes a 1 day license):$200.00

AQUABIKE

BULLMOOSE CHALLENGE (International and Half Iron competition)

USA Triathlon members: $260.00 (if post-marked after May 1, 2009: $270.00)
All non members (includes a 1 day license):$270.00
There are no entry transfers or substitutions, no exceptions.

REFUND POLICY:

A partial refund will be made of $50 for the International Distance and $100 for the Half Iron, if requested, in writing, on or before May 1, 2009. After this date, no refunds, no exceptions. No entry transfers. (Contact Claire@endorfunsports.com for further information.)

RACE CONFIRMATION:

Your cancelled check will serve as initial proof of race entry. Please clearly print your e-mail address on the application. A confirmation card/letter with travel directions, hotels, and course maps will be sent or e-mailed if you include your e-mail address. ALL race entries confirmed daily at www.Lin-mark.com.

PACKET PICK-UP:

For the INTERNATIONAL DISTANCE, 6:00 AM Saturday, June 7, at the Wellington State Park, Bristol. USAT members must bring a photo ID and your USAT membership card. One day licensees must include an additional $9 to entry fee. You may also pick up your packet at the MooseMan race site, Wellington State Park, June 6 from 5-7 PM. FOR THE HALF IRON, You may pick up your packet at Wellington State Saturday, from 2-7 PM, at the MooseFEST. NO PACKET PICKUP IS AVAILABLE ON RACE DAY FOR THE HALF IRON, unless prior arrangements are made with the Race Director. You may contact him at keith@timbermantri.com.
